2026 End of Year Celebration Information and registration

To all SBE Hockey Club Members

It's nearly time to celebrate our 2026 season. We would love to see you all at the end of year presentation celebration for some fun and to catch up.

Where: Oche Brisbane, 11 Constance Street, Fortitude Valley
When: Saturday 12 September 2026, 4:00pm - 8:00pm
Who: All SBEHC members and their partners/parents who have been part of the club in 2026.

When purchasing tickets, you will be able to buy tickets for just the presentation event ($30) which includes food, and you can add the Darts option ($15) as we will need to book for numbers. Everyone is to pay for their own drinks on the night.

Tickets:
$30.00 All attendees

$15.00 (optional) 1.5 hours in the dart booth 4:00-6:00pm (attendees must be over 18 years of age)
** minimum groups of 12 people are needed for us to confirm dart booth/s. Make sure your teammates are also booking this option. If we don't get the minimum groups of 12 needed then we will refund your $15. If you were to book the darts individually the price is $33 per person, so this is a good price. It's lots of fun!

Here's the plan:

4:00pm: We have the "Lost Society" function room booked (lower ground level), and everyone is welcome to arrive from this time.

4:00pm-6:00pm: Those who have booked darts will have a booth on the ground level reserved and get to have as much dart fun as possible over approximately 1.5 hours. Those who do not want to play darts are welcome to lounge in the Lost Society, mingle, catch up with friends and play Shufl Board (there will be 2 tables). We will have our own private bar in the function room, but you are welcome to wander upstairs and have a drink and watch the dart players. Under 18 year olds will not be able to wander upstairs due to alcohol licencing laws.

6:00pm-8pm: Formal presentation and food
